Sending your marketing emails through Flow incurs a small cost of approx ~0.05p per email (if you send 2,000 emails each month it will cost you around £1/month).

SMS packages are run through LC Connector and Twilio and matches their standard pricing found here https://www.twilio.com/en-us/sms/pricing/gb . Average charges are less than £1/month for a phone number and less than 5p per SMS message sent.

Flow operates on a wallet top-up system for emails and SMS messages. You will need to enter your card details when you first access your account and top up your wallet if you wish to send any emails or text messages.

As well as a business name and ideally a logo & brand colours, you will need a domain purchased outside of Flow to link to your account to emails and host any websites you create.

If you don't already have one, web domains can be purchased, usually for only a few pounds per year, from places such as ionos or 123reg. They allow you to have a .co.uk or .com address and an @yourbusiness.com email address which makes your business look much more reputable.

Yes. It's easy to import your contacts from spreadsheets, your current CRM, or wherever they live. Flow makes the switch as painless as possible.

Most clients are up and running within a week, often sooner. We set up your account with your business details and branding and provide some starter templates for you to use for things like automations and forms.

All Flow members get access to a bookable monthly 1-2-1 call with one of our experts. You can come with any questions you have about the platform or how to create something and we will point you in the right direction.

Absolutely! This can often be the best way to use Flow.

Flow does have an in-built website creator but if you already have a website that you're happy with then it's extremely easy to integrate Flow through embedded forms, calendars, funnels and more. Then you get to enjoy all the benefits of Flow automations without having to recreate a whole site.
